Nitro Games is a Finnish free-to-play game developer and publisher engaging in the development and publishing of mobile games with high production value for mid-core audiences. The company currently operates a portfolio of two games, NERF: Superblast (live ops) and Autogun Heroes (launch phase), and engages in development service agreements through its B2B service business.<\/p>\n

The company has now concluded a rights issue of shares in which 11,612,792 shares were subscribed for, corresponding to approximately SEK 46.5 million. The net proceeds will be directed towards investments in UA and marketing for the company’s latest game title, Autogun Heroes.<\/p>\n

Augment acted as financial advisor to Nitro Games in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
