Eurobattery Minerals has signed an investment agreement with the option to acquire the Hautalampi nickel-cobalt-copper mine and proposes a rights issue of units SEK 46.5 million for mining activities in the company\u2019s flagship Corcel Nickel-Cobalt-Copper project, but also in the Hautalampi project. The rights issue is secured to 50 per cent.<\/p>\n

The option to acquire the Hautalampi nickel-cobalt-copper mine is a further step in building a high-quality exploration and production company with several projects in different stages of advancement throughout Europe. Today, Eurobattery Minerals has seven exploration permits for rare earth metals in Sweden and the Corcel project located in La Coru\u00f1a and the Bibi project located in Ourense, Galicia, northwest Spain.<\/p>\n

Augment is acting financial advisor to Eurobattery Minerals in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
