Eurobattery Minerals, a growth company in the mining and exploration industry with the vision to help Europe become self-sufficient in ethical battery minerals, carried out a rights issue of units in January 2024, consisting of shares and warrants of series TO4 and TO5.<\/p>\n

The exercise period for the warrants of series TO4 has recently concluded. In total, 12,776,891 shares were subscribed for by exercise of warrants, corresponding to approximately SEK 5.1 million.<\/p>\n

The proceeds from the warrant redemption will, among other things, be used to finalise the acquisition of FinnCobalt Oy as well as for continued work in the Finnish Hautalampi battery minerals project.<\/p>\n

Augment acted as financial advisor to Eurobattery Minerals in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
