SOZAP is a Swedish digital entertainment company engaging in the development and distribution of qualitative and innovative mobile games within the free-to-play genre. The game portfolio consists of one established game within the shooter genre and two casual games in the soft launch phase with plans for global release during 2023.<\/p>\n

The company has decided on a rights issue of approximately SEK 11.4 million in order to accelerate the development of its soft launch games Fishing Tour and Questopia and facilitate their impending global releases. The rights issue has been secured to 80 per cent through subscription commitments from the company’s board, management and larger shareholders.<\/p>\n

Augment is acting as financial advisor to SOZAP in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
