Ekobot is the company behind one of the world\u2019s first fully autonomous field robots that can take care of mechanical weed control with exceptionally high precision. Ekobot helps farmers and growers reduce costs of weeding crops while also doing it in a CO2 neutral and ecological way.<\/p>\n

In total, the rights issue was subscribed to approximately 130.3 percent, meaning that all 8,564,728 shares, and additionally 2,141,182 shares, will be issued by full\u00a0utilisation of the over-allotment issue, corresponding to total proceeds of approximately SEK 26.8 million.<\/p>\n

The net proceeds will be used to scale up the commercialisation that the company commenced in 2022 and to strengthen the balance sheet.<\/p>\n

Augment acted as financial advisor to Ekobot in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
