Ekobot has decided to carry out a rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 21.4 million with an additional over-allotment issue of approximately SEK 5.4 million. The proceeds will be used to continue the company’s outlined plan for the commercialisation of Ekobot WEAI and to begin the launch of Ekobot PLUS in 2023 as well as to fulfil the strategic goals for 2023.<\/p>\n

Ekobot is the company behind one of the world\u2019s first fully autonomous field robots that can take care of mechanical weed control with exceptionally high precision. Ekobot helps farmers and growers reduce costs of weeding crops while also doing it in a CO2 neutral and ecological way.<\/p>\n

Augment is acting as financial advisor to Ekobot in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
