Eurobattery Minerals, a growth company in the mining and exploration industry with the vision to help Europe become self-sufficient in ethical battery minerals, has decided to carry out a rights issue of units of approximately SEK 49.6 million with an additional over-allotment issue of approximately SEK 15.0 million. The proceeds from the capital raise will e.g. be used for partial repayment of the current convertible loan, completion of the acquisition of FinnCobalt Oy as well as to finance the development of the mining operations in Hautalampi and Corcel.<\/p>\n

Augment is acting as financial advisor to Eurobattery Minerals in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n
