On 26 September 2023, Sun4Energy announced that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire all shares in Niutech Group AB, a digital infrastructure group consisting of seven wholly owned subsidiaries with operations in network design, fiber networks, mobile telephony, electricity, facilities, and solar energy. On 10 November 2023, the parties signed a conditional share exchange agreement, which was approved by Sun4Energy’s Extraordinary General Meeting on 30 November 2023.<\/p>\n

The purchase price for the shares in Niutech amounted to approximately SEK 66.2 million which was paid by 10,379,344 newly issued shares in Sun4Energy. After the transaction, the previous shareholders of Niutech hold approximately 66 per cent of the number of shares and votes in the new group and the existing shareholders of Sun4Energy hold approximately 34 per cent.<\/p>\n

The transaction is expected to provide strategic, financial, and operational synergies for the new group which will work together to meet the growing demand within the green digital infrastructure segment in Sweden.<\/p>\n

The transaction is expected to be registered in December 2023.<\/p>\n
