Eurobattery Minerals, a company within the mining and exploration industry with the vision to help Europe become self-sufficient in ethical battery minerals, has carried out a rights issue of units to fund further development of its flagship projects in Spain and Finland.
In total, 9,172,102 units were subscribed for in the rights issue, corresponding to approximately SEK 27.5 million. Each unit consisted of one new share in the company and one warrant with strike in March 2023.
The proceeds from the capital raise will e.g. be used for completion of the acquisition of FinnCobalt Oy as well as to finance the development of the mining operations in Hautalampi and Corcel.
