Mahvie Minerals, a Nordic exploration and mine development company focusing on base, precious, and speciality metals to facilitate sustainable development in Europe, has decided to carry out a rights issue of units of approximately SEK 16.2 million. The proceeds from the rights issue and future exercise of the warrants will primarily be used for facilitating the development of the Mo i Rana project through the initiation of a drilling campaign, but also for working capital and complementary investments.
