Eurobattery Minerals, a growth company in the mining and exploration industry with the vision to help Europe become self-sufficient in ethical battery minerals, carried out a rights issue of units in October–November 2024, consisting of shares and warrants of series TO6.
The exercise period for the warrants of series TO6 has recently concluded. In total, 70,888,253 shares were subscribed for by exercise of warrants, corresponding to approximately SEK 6.4 million.
