Eurobattery carried out a directed issue of convertibles to Formue Nord Fokus A/S. The proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of additional shares in FinnCobalt Oyj, in line with existing agreements. Furthermore, the convertible issue allows Eurobattery Minerals to finance additional value-creating investments and create flexibility in acquiring other projects or parts thereof.
