Eurobattery Minerals, a company within the mining and exploration industry with the vision to help Europe become self-sufficient in ethical battery minerals, carried out a rights issue of units in December 2022, consisting of shares and warrants.
The exercise period for the warrants has recently concluded. In total, 7,134,746 shares were subscribed for by exercise of warrants, corresponding to approximately SEK 17.4 million.
The proceeds from the capital raise will e.g. be used for further investments in the Corcel and Hautalampi projects as well as for financial flexibility to enable future potentially interesting M&A possibilities.
