SOZAP is a Swedish digital entertainment company engaging in the development and distribution of qualitative and innovative mobile games within the free-to-play genre. The game portfolio consists of one established game within the shooter genre and two casual games in the soft launch phase with plans for global release during 2023.
The proceeds from the rights issue will be used accelerate the development of its soft launch games Fishing Tour and Questopia and facilitate their impending global releases.
